but if you use default joomla cache or addcional plugin - leave it unpublished.

Maybe you have cache enabled in template settings?
If yes, disable and refresh site.

You don't have to disable GK cache plugin, just don't use it from template settings, that's all.

Left only: CSS override - enabled. Also have to turn off?

What in your opinion is better to use: cache Joomla or cache template? Your opinion?

In my projects I uses:
1) Joomla cache
or/and
2) Additional plugins like : JCH Optimize

I am also using JCH Optimize. But with Joomla cache problem, white screen when turned on cache Joomla.
Can't understand why.

You can enable showing errors to Maximum, it can help in such a cases.
