Hello there, as you can see from the attached image, if i try to print a random page from the website (using Google Chrome and right click of the mouse, then print command), I obtain this preview and, once printed, of course the result is not satisfying.

how can i solve it?

thank you in advance

Hi

I've talked to programmers and they told me that this is a browser issue. Direct print option does not support HTML5 which is a standard nowadays. This is why we have prepared print button in articles with a simplified layout to workaround this problem.

Is it possible to set some kind of setting in order to have a normal printed page?

I have this problem both in chrome and firefox, and both with the right button of the mouse on the page or going to the "print" command in the browser menu.

It's very ugly to see all the links in the page, also because they alter all the layout of the page...

Hi

Like I've said. The only way to print the page is via a "Print" link in every article page.

and there is at least the ability to insert a quick link, as a text or as image, for the print option in the body of the text (at the top or at the bottom)?

usually a normal user simply clicks with the right button and print the page: in this way, a user would find the link immediately, without the right click and the printed page would be more clear...

thanks again

HI

There is a link, You just need to enable showing it in article or category configuration.

and by the way, also after click on the print link, every link in the page shows its url in the printing preview...

really, it seems impossible or a joke
