hi,

I'm using the template News2 and pictures News Show Pro GK5 module have problems with the resolution of the images. I attached a screenshot. What is the correct configuration of the module so that the images are well resolved.

Hello,

I don't see a screenshot, but if you are using K2 as a data source, please make sure that in the K2 additional settings you have set a base size option to "L" or "XL" instead of "Generic" - it can help.

And of course - for the changes please set the cache time in the thumbnails section to 0, and change it to longer time when all will be generated properly.

But what is an issue in your case? The image has proper resolution - the same as you have set .

Hello prodige, I'm having the same problem you had.
I changed to XL but the "blur" effect still showing.
Could you please let me know what you did to resolve this?

@dbaldini - did you tried to change the cache time to 0, refresh the page and then set the cache time to previous value? Most probably you are seeing old version of images, or you have set too small thumbnails size.
