Logo alignment

I added an image logo to my website. It is a big logo 300x90, but it is not aligned with the leaderboard on the right. Is there a way to align them?

I hope this is not a final logo, because looks horrible. Like drawn by 5 years old boy.
Your logo img is too high - reduce from 90px to around 40px

Correct, it is not my final logo. I painted it to let you check it is not aligned. I need more height pixels because I need to write a sentence under the logo. In ITaly it is mandatory to write at the top that gambling is only for people over 18 years.
Is there no chance to get height=90 and get alignment?
