Double click main menu items

Website http://75.103.90.130/ (not yet in production) requires double-clicking top menu items - sub-menu items need only single click. I tried the solution provided by bkrztuk on July 31 to require only single click, to no avail. Any other ideas ? Thanks.

I’m afraid that modifications such as this require extensive changes to the theme’s code; I do apologize but such large changes are custom work that are beyond the scope of our technical support.

It seems a strange effect to build into the 'theme's code'. After doing more research I used the solution suggested by on you on https://www.gavick.com/forums/game-joom ... 36677.html and this worked for me. Will this have any adverse effects elsewhere that you know of since it is in the gk.menu.js?
