Hi,

Thanks for a great template (life member) in News 2. I have had a small project on the back burner for a while I have wanted to apply it to: http://www.wakeupwatchman.com/dev2014

I have imported content into the quick-launch version of your J3.3 News 2 template pack. Then I imported the content into K2 and set about renaming/creating relevant categories and applying items to the cats.

I managed to have the modules working on the frontpage, but today all my content (K2 items) seem to have lost their ability to render when links are clicked on?

I checked the documentation but there isn't anything I could find to walk me through setting up News Show Pro GK5 in the way the demo is able to click forward to grouped category views, they just don't work when clicked on?

Any help would be appreciated, I have at least 2 regular newspaper services that I have I can use this template on over the nest 12 months.

Hi

This looks like a problem with menu structure. Please take a look into this article: https://www.gavick.com/documentation/ge ... s-working/

Thank you for your reply.

Unfortunately that doesn't work, I tried a hidden menu before thinking it was this, but to no avail. I already have the top menu items set as K2 -> category and they don't show up either?

Any ideas beyond the menu? I am not using any native articles/categories/menus, just K2 component for all workings at the moment.

I must admit I don't have much of an understanding of how your module interacts with K2 and Joomla, I guess I will have to try a fresh testing platform from scratch and see if I can get it to work as intended. Thank you for your time anyway, much appreciated.

Hi

Ok. I've found the issue. You hav published a module in "mainbody" module position for all pages. Mainbody is required to show article, so after that content got replaced by this module.
