Template Update Service doesnt work

its loading endless:

"Loading update data from GavickPro Update service"

What is your template version? Do you get any error in browser console? Please try to update package via FTP and then check whether the same error happen.

i have the latest template update 3.11.4
there are no errors

i've just updated my Joomla to 3.6. but can't update the template. The Update section says "Your template is up to date" but it's only 3.14 which is very old. I get an error "Could not copy files from the file sources".

Do you have an idea how to sort that?

The place we keep updates information files has changed, so You will need to download the template manually and install it using joomla installator or overwrite the files via ftp.
