Lock banner top?

Hi,

Standard the main menu is locked, so when users scroll down they can still see the main menu.
Is it possible to lock the banner top also, so both main menu and banner top is visible when scrolling down?

To be honest - the way it works now envolves some dome manipulation and moving entire div elements between positions. Adding additional banner would require to completely rewrite that functionality and that is customisation beyond our support.
