hi guys

after upgrading the news show module (and to joomla 3.3) all my article links refuse to link to the article itself, rather they link only to the category.

this is in effect in the nsp/gk5 news show and throughout the site.

i have updated the template files to the latest versions - but cont know the problem... checked the category and article general options and all is as it was when it worked.

can you advise of a fix?

website is http://www.guidetogay.com

(I have another site with same setup, but differrent template, and there is no problem there - so am assuming its to do with News2)

Yes, you should contact with your hosting company because mod_rewrite on your server is not working fine and ask whether this feature should be enabled or not.

i found the issue - and thought i would post for anyone else having hte same problem. with the upgrade of gk5, if you have jreviews installed on your system you will need to go into the jreviews sef plugin and turn on the "add item id" to url function - otherwise this problem will occour for some reason.

It looks like this extension may change default Joomla generated URL's, thanks for your solution.
