Module Manager Extensions does not respond to Edit

Hello,

There are a number of ADMINISTRATION features that are not working in this News2 website.

The Module Manager Extensions does not respond to editing:
I cannot unpublished modules nor can I publish a module that was by dealt (unpublished, e.g., Breadcrumb)

Hi,
I'm not so sure it's our fault that Joomla Module Manager back-end doesn't work as you expeted.
Template can not change behavior of Joomla core features.
All I can suggest is:
1) Update to J3.3
2) Use Fix button, Extenstion Manager --> Database

p.s.
You have to know that we have one Main Rule: do not touch Joomla Core files in QuickStarts excpt installer file.
