Is there a way not to show duplicate content items on differ

Is there a way not to show duplicate content items on different gk5 modules?
now i have some modules for example "show on random", so often i get the same content shown twice

I'm afraid not if You have it set to random. But You can try to use same order option for all and than for example use NSP#1 to show 3 latest and NSP#2 to show articles number 4, 5, 6 in order. You can do that by using same settings but setting a different "First News Number" option which will ignore the number of article You will tell it to.

Or use different categories as source.
