Redirect to home page after logging in

I was wondering how I can have users redirected to my home page when they login instead of the current page it takes them. I tried a redirect plugin but it did not work.

That's actually what I tried before posting on here. Does it have anything to do with maybe the template has it's own page for signing up / logging in instead of a module on the website? If so, is there any way to have that separate page take users to the home page after logging in? Here are my module settings:
