Front page item image view

The images shown at the front page are not full images but trimmed (focused) images.
Then, is it possible to adjust the place of focus ?
I think all images are center-focused but I want to make them focus on top area.

As I understand you mean the images in the News Show Pro GK5 module - if yes, then you will be probably interested in the cropping image feature under the "Thumbnails" tab. You have to disable the "image auto-scale" and "keep aspect ration" options to see the cropping interface.

I tried several times.
Then, I noticed when I turned off "Create thumbnails", the second and third items' images appear like original ones but the first item (top item) still magnified image.
Then, is there a way to adjust it ?

If you disable option "Create thumbnails" then the cropping options won't work. Please also remember that when you are editing thumbnails settings, then you should set the cache time to 0, otherwise the images will be loaded from cache. You should revert the cache time to the previous value when all changes will be finished and images will look correctly for you.
