Lots of problems with quick install

Hi, just bought lifetime package and its not looking good, the first template I installed has lots of problems.

I have many problems showing things like this: Strict Standards: Non-static method NSP_GK5_Thumbs::createThumbnail() should not be called statically in /home/tm/public_html/modules/mod_news_pro_gk5/tmpl/com_k2/view.php on line 96

Also on menu and pages I am getting fatal error: http://thatmix.com/index.php/template/k2/k2-item
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_internal_encoding() in /home/tm/public_html/components/com_k2/helpers/route.php on line 93

And on the admin side i have this problem:
Warning: Database is not up to date!
1 Database Problem Found

Database schema version (in #__schemas): 3.2.3-2014-02-20.
Update version (in #__extensions): 3.2.3.
Database driver: mysqli.
82 database changes were checked successfully.
137 database changes did not alter table structure and were skipped.

please can you help with all these problems as I thought it would be easy and simple to install as i downloaded the quick install.

ad 3) Database schema version (in #__schemas): 3.2.3-2014-02-20.
This is Joomla 3.x bug, probably it will be fixed in next J! update , this is not our fault

ad 2) Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_internal_encoding (...)
This is hosting setting problem and it's connected only with K2 --> http://getk2.org/community/English-K2-C ... on-line-46

K2 is not our product it's developed by JoomlaWorks Ltd..
