menu columns

hi cyberek.
hope you can help - first time using extended menu plugin and the menu setup isnt working for me.... i have set up as per the instructions in the documentation - but its not working - was hopeing you could check for me... "news" menu item on www.guidetogay.com thanks!

Maybe I will be able to help. Please try to disable menu animation. I know that there is some conflict, maybe that is making this issue. Please also send me an access to joomla panel so I'll try to find a fix.

I also have a problem with the menu columns. All items are showing in one long list instead of four columns as I want (www.newsonnews.net).

I have set all the parameters and I have disabled animations... Any ideas??
