Quck Start not working for me

We dowloaded gk_news2_quickstart again on March 14

Installed the gk_news2_quickstart

something is wrong it will not display the required information like
1.configuration
2.Data Base
3.FTP
4.Overview

database type
host name
website name
user name
DB name
DB password

If we install Joomla 3.3 from joomla website it works, I wanted to start to work with the quick install to save time
