Please enable cache, compression.
Also please check on default Beeze template - perhaps it is a problem with your hosting company.
Could you please post an url to your site? Ill test it to see what is going on.

No. I do not even know how to made nsp/k2 cache. still using the default cache from quickstart. GK cache, activation on plugins and templates settings.

Please try to test turning off css and js compression and other cache settings.
Please turn them of one by one, then clear joomla cache and reload page twice to check if it loads faster.
