error pages service does not work

I installed the template News2 of the package 'quick start'. Unfortunately, the error pages service does not work.
I test template running on subdomain (nowa.anglia4u.pl) , but I do not think that this was the reason for the lack of service errors. In another subdomain, but on a different template, everything works correctly (correct handling error pages). (astrolog.anglia4u.pl)
Entering the wrong address, causing server error (500 Internal Server Error). Installing component qlue404 also does not provide error handling while on the other pages this component is working properly.

What should be changed in the template to get support for the error page.

try to rename error.php file from gk template folder (templates\gk_news2) and check what will happen.
if you will do it - all errors will be show by default joomla error page.
