NSP Module text & More Breaking

Hi,
I used joomla 2.5 quickstart.
I was editing NSP right sidebar module but the intro text doesn't show up.
I also changed the "read more" button text but it still says "MORE BREAKING NEWS" ?

Any ideas or am I just dumb..

How can you remove the image zoom from all the images?

For "more breaking news" text there is a settings in module configuration.
To disable zoom animation please add this to css:
