Failure in layout when scrolling

Whem I scrolling to botton off the page and go back to top, the layout has a little but strange failure.
See the two images, before and after scrolling.

Try add this to override.css and make sure override is enabled in template settings:

Strange, continues with the issue. Just scroll the page that it lose a horizontal line and the blue button "SAIR" decreases in height.

Ok. I do not see such behaviour in our demo, so please upgrade template to the latest version and if this will not solve this problem send me an access to ftp.
