I want to move the template social icons ( that are enabled next to the article image ) under the article image

If it is possible

Hi,
it theory it's possible, but it's not so easy.
It request article view customization and also some changes in CSS.
I'm not sure if we can offer you a full customization service.
But I can give you a clue basic clue:

1) Disable default social icons from template settings
2) Install social plugin from JED which in most cases are displayed under articles
3) Then using CSS hide left column.
