Hi, uploaded and unzipped more than once, checked /template.php file is there but cannot install the template. Get this error message

Fatal error: Call to a member function attributes() on a non-object in /home/theartpo/public_html/libraries/cms/installer/adapter/template.php on line 81

Although I got that message upon install, the template still shows u in Template manager. However, if I make it the default template, the home page displays this error
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 16384 bytes) in /home/theartpo/public_html/libraries/cms/component/helper.php on line 351

Hi

I've just tried and I have no such problem with installation. Please send me an access to joomla panel and ftp.
