Wrapper module path explanation please

Hi,
I'm trying to call html dile in the wrapper that is in ROOT/folder/file.html

I cant get the correct path and I dont know how to find out (never didn't relay got that lesson ). I can get it with www.website.com/folder/file.html but I don't want to. Can someone help?

Try "/kursna/html/kursna_kratka.html", works when I check it in firebug:

Now it works. I forgot the / at the front
