QS won't install

Hi there,
i'm wondering is there any problem with MO QS 3x?
i could'nt install it on my xampp nor my webserver
it stuck on creating data tables, and suddenly reverse to step 3
could you mind download it from ure repository on aws and try to install it on xamp 3.2.1
i'm very sorry if i caused you trouble to do this, coz i can't describe for you what is the caused
but if you have a free time could you replicate what i did so maybe you can find out whats happening or the error
which i cannot find it

i did everything in document link you suggest
but still stuck...

So in this case use Localhost software and try on local, work there.... until you want , then use Akeeba Backup and transfer full backup from localhost to server. In most cases it works.
