MO page layouts

Hi
I have installed the MO template, but can't find the portfolio page layout. Do I have to install the whole quickstart package to get that? or is there another way.

The portfolio page layout is a latest items view from K2 with 3-columns layout.

Even installing the QS does not display the site as in the demo. This is the first time I have installed a QS from Gavick that looks like a skeleton.

@sirfan1 - you have to do something wrong, because I've tested the quickstarts before release and it reproduces fully the demo content. Maybe the quickstart installation failed on some point? Did you tried to redownload the quickstart and reinstalling it?

OK, I have downloaded the package again and reinstalled it and I can see the site looks much better than before. But, the style switcher is not present; although, it is enabled from the template control. I need to change the header to style III but I cannot find the control anywhere.
Can you please help?

1) I've just installed the style switcher and it is properly displayed at the bottom of the website - please check if the layouts/blocks/footer.php file was correctly uploaded.

2) You have to deactivate module "Header I" and activate module "Header III".
