Issue category list to assign new articles in front end

Hello,

the issue i describe, is a registered user can't see the categorylist to assign new article in front end. In Internet Explorer 11 it works. The issue is on actually Safari and Firefox 43.0.4. I attach a screenshot (Firefox).
Please, can you help me?

I need to see this issue on live site. Please send me an access to administrator account and guide what to do to see the exact field as in Your screen.

Please add this code to override.css and make sure override is enabled in template settings.
