Module just in mobile version

Hello..
I need to hide a module in the mobile version but show another in his place.
Flash on mobiles not load versions, the idea is to hide that module. and display one that says "download the app in the Play Store and app store" just in mobiles this is possible?, how?

You can use module classes such as onlymobile and nomobile to show/hide elements.
