Change image Features

Good afternoon, I would like to know how I change the picture below (I sent capture). I tried to find some module or a menu option that allows me to change it, but I could not find this option. Or I have not noticed it, I do not know

That image appears when I click on any link from the menu (Features, Blog, Conctac us, etc, etc)

Please if you could guide me to make the change on my website.

This image can be found in /templates/gk_game/images/header_bg.jpg please simply replace it with Your via ftp.

Hi, replace the image for FTP and if the changed image appears, go to Cpanel and see that also the image has changed, but on my website remains the same.

CURIOUS THING

When I go to the multimedia gallery joomla I see that there picture has not changed, I tried to clean the cache of my PC but the image remains the same as in the demo to install.

If anyone can help me please let me know, but the only solution I see would uninstall everything, create the database again and change the image of the template before uploading it back to my web hosting.

Image is not accessible with multimedia manager. It's inside template's folder /images. A detailed path is: /templates/gk_game/images/header_bg.jpg. Try using ftp access to replace it.

Well, it seems that it was all a problem in my computer as still missing the changes but in another computer if the changes are appreciated.

I guess there is a problem in the cache on this computer

Try hit F5 couple of times. This should clear cache in any browser.
