When I touch to main menu button in iPhone 5s, the site will be zoomed out like this:

Hi

Clicking menu in mobile shows a select box which is an integrated part of the browser. Unfortunately the one on iPhone is a little bit bigger and resizes the site when clicked. I'm afraid not much can be done since zoom option is disabled already.
