Hello,

I have a problem with the typography font awesome.
In a K2 article, I,click on GK Typography and insert an "Icons - Font Awesome" but it don't work. Others GK Typographie are OK but not the icons. I try to add directly the code in the source code but when I leave source code and return in it, my code for the icon dissappear :-( Problem with "<i>" ?
Any idea ?

Thanks.

If you want to insert the code manually, please please disable tinyMCE editor in global configuration (change editor to "editor - none").

It's works.
Is it possible with the tinyMCE Editor ? My editors can't write article without the editor :)

Ok, after digging here and there:
http://www.joomla-monster.com/blog/joom ... l-elements
So change your tineMCE functionality to extended and:
i[class]
to "Extended Valid Elements" field.
It will not show FontAwesome in editor, but if you will add it in source-editor it should not be stripped.

Was there any additional configuration to JCE editor after installation, or was it working as it should (not striping the code) out of the box?

Before I install JCE Editor :
- In parameters of K2, I put "clean HTML" on "Off"
=> there was the problem with tinyMCE

After discussion on topic :
- I install JCE Editor : https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/
- I configure nothing and there is no striping when I save an article. You may insert in source code and not in article directly.
- For K2 there was a black background in editor. I resolve it => https://www.joomlacontenteditor.net/sup ... ound-image
