JQuery error

When I enter my test site I get the following error...
Developer: Caution! In order to use Cookie Consent, you need to use jQuery 1.4.4 or higher.
but as I see - there is a local copy of jquery being used and it is 1.11.1 version... so it IS higher...
so what can I do ?
