Hi,
you talk about this background image which can be seen on subpages ?
http://demo.gavick.com/joomla25/game/te ... der_bg.jpg

if yes, you have to change it to yours. Replace image file (header_bg.jpg).

Hi Pawel I'm trying to do the same thing but the
body.noBg #gkBg {
background-image: none;
}
seems to override the image. When I disable this rule in firebug it shows the image. How do I activate this override in the backend? My override command doesn't work. Yes I have enabled offeride css.
Thanks

Brad

ok, but you want to override image (change to another?) or completely disable(hide) this image ?

so all you have to do is -- replace graphic file here templates/gk_game/images/header_bg.jpg
maybe it would be easer than using css.

Yes that is what I did, as I said. But the body.noBg rule seems to override this. When I disable the rule in firebug it shows the image.

I am also interested in doing this however I would like a different header image on certain pages. I added a class to the menu and tried to specifically insert an image via css however it seems as if the classes are being applied deeper into the stylesheet cascade and it's not actually applying to the header. Any ideas on how I could manually set a class for each header as opposed to just an article page?

I also thought that maybe adding a custom HTML Module with a fixed position would assist with this but to no avail.

I didn't entirely solve my problem either. It seems to work on most pages but not the home page.
Take a look at www.lenscowboy.com/effects.
I just lived with it in the end...
