How do I turn off the page titles?

I can't figure out how to turn off the page titles, I believe I've tried the standard title configurations. Are they hard coded in the template?

Hi, what do you mean "page titles" - show me on screen shot with arrows.

I can can guess...
In most cases in can be disabled in Menu Manager in item configuration, this same as it was in Joomla 2.5.
