No access authorisation as admin

Hello,

I've no access authorisation as admin after finishing Installation.

Malfunction message:
Fatal error: Call to undefined method JUserHelper::verifyPassword() in /.../.../.../.../plugins/authentication/joomla/joomla.php on line 57

Username and Password are definitely correct! :roll:

Any suggestions?

I've used Quickstart-Installation and the Website is visible without limitation...

Having the same problem!!! Just install the Quickstart and got hit by this error!

Hello, I experience the same issue!
I installed Quickstart package on XAMPP local server and this is the response to admin login access: Fatal error: Call to undefined method JUserHelper::verifyPassword() in C:\xampp\htdocs\joomla_ecosoffi\plugins\authentication\joomla\joomla.php on line 57

I solved re-downloading the quickstart pack and re-installing it. Probably it was updated.
