Change language "scroll horizontally to view...."

can someone please tell me where I can change the language of "scroll horizontally to view the whole table"?

I am confused a bit.
How can you change the language in a css file?
There is no language file for "scroll horizontally to view the whole table" text ?

Edit file & Find

#gkMainbody table:before {
content: "Scroll horizontally to view the whole table";

and replace with your text, save and upload changed file.
