how could I change the height of the "Main menu section"

I will like to know where could I change the height of the "Main Menu section" ?

For example in the website https://www.gavick.com/forums.html the "Main menu section"

is higher than the menu bar in the the web site https://www.gavick.com/ and in the Game template home too

good question - nice idea for new article for our WIKI.
But meantime....
you have at least two options:
a) add bigger logo
b) add top and bottom paddings for logo.
c) or change height of this element

but it depends what kind of logo you are using, text , image or from background img
