Widgets not visible as customize option

Hi,
I am using InStyle Theme and having troubles with widgets customization as its not available through the customize menu dropdown. Once switching the theme, widgets appears on the dropdown. Please advise.

Please use the default widgets view from Appearance -> Widgets.
It seems to be a conflict with our framework and widgets view in customizer, we'll try to fix it asap.
