Disable reviews on all products

Hello,
Just wondering if it is possible to disable reviews to all products. Maybe some theme setting?
I can achieve this by selecting all the products and disallowing comments, the problem is that I need to disallow comments to any new product... maybe a way to set comments to be disabled by default?
