Add new field or box to contact form

I want to add a new field on the contact form, I want to add "telephone" so the people can put the telephone number.

How to do it?

I'm sorry but this kind of modification is beyond our technical support, I can only give you a tip, that you have to edit InStyle/template.contact.php file.
