Hi ,

I change some class and IDs of CSS using override.css file. But when i save my changes and go to browser to see changes nothing change. it takes 5-6 hours to update. :(

I host my WordPress site on goDaddy hosting and i used cPanel to manage files and other stuff. I enable the override.css file on admin panel bt still no luck.

When i clear cache and all still it get old file of the override.css not the updated one.

Please help me with this matter.

Thanks,
Pasindu

Hey man, mine actually seems to be working, I just removed those little grey lined out prices no problem with a tiny piece of code so I don't know :(

If it helps, I uploaded my override.css via ftp instead of using my file manager via my hosting control panel.

Hi,

@Pasindu try to upload the file via FTP, like chriscurra said. If that won't help, send me a PM with backend and FTP access to your website and I'll check the issue.

Hi

Was asked via PM, to join conversation.

Sounds like a server cache is active. Please ask Your hosting provider to disable it or tell You how to disable it in Your .htaccess file.

It may also be caused by css compression, so make sure cache and compression is disabled.

I've checked the override.css file right now and don't see any problem, changes are visible immediately.
