Squirrel fonts not working

Hi,
I followed all the steps to load in new font types and it doesn't work on the site. It works on my computer as i have the font loaded, but no other site. Can you please assist.

Did you download the @font-face kit of a desired font and place its content in the fonts catalog? Because I can't see your font name in Instyle -> Template Options -> Fonts tab.(Fonts squirell).

The font is there in the dropdown. Not sure why it isn't working

Could you please send me the package with this font?

Your font directory name is arsenale_white, but in your stylesheet.css file, font-family name is arsenale_whiteregular, please change it into arsenale_white.

These names should be the same, after this modification, the font works properly on my installation.
