what does mean export?

But of course everything is possible if you have time, skills or just money to spend.

May be save as is the right word ... You are fully right "for the money & time" I'm trying to figure out in an easy way !!!

My customer have an affiliate program which are they request from him the Header and the Footer in HTML format

You have to use Custom code HTML/JS plugin - it just works if you will choose a right one.
