Main menu not centered

Just two things about space between elements:

The main menu in my website, http://www.xavimorcillo.com, is not centered, and the first element is too close to the line. And it would be a little more separated from the logo.

In section contact (http://www.xavimorcillo.com/index.php/contacto), the form is on mainbody_bottom and text "CONTACTO" is on a k2 single article, but can't delete all this space between "CONTACTO" and the form.
