I am looking to start using the Newsletter module on my website. What is the best way to do this?

Hi,
you need much more than just module, you need newsletter component which allows collects e-mails and allows you to create a newsletter.
On JES resources you will find few solutions few have also free (basic) versions.

I suggest check those: Acymailing Starter and jNews free - and the beginning if you don't want to spend dollars on PRO versions.
All those have modules to where users can add they e-mails.
So all you have to do is : install, configure and publish :mrgreen:
