I would like to have another menu, as on the picture. Is there any easy way to do so?

Sorry, but there is no way to do it easily. You could try using custom module position, but then if you want to use dropdowns - they require our custom menus that will not work with default Joomla menu.

No dropdowns are needed. What is the custom menu position for the menu? Since I have not found the menu in modules, but I have to set it through template settings.
