Design issue

Hi there,

We have an issue with our design.
The LogIn-picture is not full screen and there's a white border.
Furthermore there are module positions (main menu) missing.

ok, but it isn't a issue but template feature.
Making a small customization in template core file you can remove this popIn effect.

Php/Html customization is not and never was a part of official support.

Hi Oscar,

Gavick is offering a product in the web that we purchased. So we expect to get the product as seen.
If not and if the purchased products contains bugs/design customizations, we can expect to help us getting our product as seen on your website, because that was not what we expected with the purchase.
It's a fact that our version has e.g. white borders that look really bad on tablets and smartphones.

This is the fourth Gavick template that we ordered and we are expecting a bit more customer service.
