slow template performance

I get very slow performance of this template at http://www.chcemviac.com and sometimes when I click tag link ex. http://www.chcemviac.com/index.php/component/k2/tag/video I got the white screen and I have to reload the page to get it right. Where is the problem?

Your site's performance is pretty good. I would only suggest to use jotCache component to cache is a bit better, so elements will load much faster.

Is jotCache even better than JCH Optimize ( I am using it right now).

jotCache is a lot different than JCH. You can use both in the same time for even better performance. JCH changes multiple css and js files into one for faster load and jotCache is turning all the content into html, so there is no delay to build website with php pieces.
