Change Menu Header wrap colour/properties on scroll

I wanted to have the sticky menu header change colour when i scroll down to either the next module or by about 560 px automatically. What is the safest way to go about this with your template.

In general it is a custom work beyond of our technical support. I can only advice that you should create a special CSS class which will change the menu styling and then create an onscroll event which will add/remove the CSS class after 560px.
