GK5 Pro module view in admin

Hi - I am using Music State on Joomla 3.3.0. I used Quickstart.
On my first time opening this Module I note it is not displaying properly. It is not a cache issue as I tried it on fresh browsers.

I have included a screen shot.
The URL is http://wharfratrally.com/draft2014/ and a super user login can be provided with my appreciation.

Have sent PM but it sits in Outbox and not in Sent folder.

I have just installed quickstart and it works fine.
Perhaps you should reinstall your template and modules, or reupload quickstart if starting from scratch is an option.

From scratch is no longer an option. Did you notice anything when you went into administration?

I noticed there was an update for News Show Pro GK5 and after updating, the affected modules worked. Thanks
