You need to copy css that makes the tables look the way they look from CloudHost to Music State override.css.
Those sections are marked with comments in css so they are easy to find. Also you can find simillar threads on forum.
You will need also to copy custom html module with tables.

If you're still waiting on a solution for this, the easiest way to do this is to purchase some CSS pricing tables from somewhere, you can get them for $2-$4. Make sure they are responsive. You'll have to do a Google search, there are plenty of places

Drop the CSS file into a folder on the root. call the folder "pricingtables" or whatever you'd like, so the path to the file will be: pricingtables/style.css or something similar.

Download and install a Custom HTML Advanced module manager and drop the HTML that came with the pricing tables into the HTML field of the advanced manager. There will be a place in the HTML advanced manager that allows you to put the path to the corresponding CSS file.

Publish the module in your desired position, Modify the CSS to your liking, and you're all set!

Feel free to PM me if you have any questions.

Attached is an image showing two sites. One is music state (still in development so I don't want to share the link) and the other is from another template developer.

I achieved this using the directions above.

In my opinion there is no need to pay for 3rd party code when there is a code in other template that just needs to be copied, almost same way as it needs to be copied from any 3rd party solution.
